Online Benefit Presentations

Live Education over the Internet!

You may participate in a live online session by simply connecting to the Internet and dialing a toll-free number by phone. iLinc is benefit education’s web and audio conferencing tool. You can attend live presentations online at your worksite or your home. You only need access to the Internet and a telephone.

Through iLinc you will attend real-time presentations online, view PowerPoint slides, supporting documents and Web sites, while listening to the presenter on the phone. You can ask questions and receive answers during the sessions.

Registration is on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Each session is limited to 50 connections. A connection is one telephone connected to the toll free number. For example, one employee sitting at his or her desk is one connection and five employees in a conference room is one connection. In the situation of several employees wanting to attend a presentation at one location, you may want to hold the presentation in a break or conference room and use a projector, if available.
